An Appeal. is a short created as a part of a marketing campaign for MADNESS: Project Nexus and the Burger Gil Arg.
The video uploaded by the channel "STOPTHEMADNESS" as an unlisted video shows Mr. M in a dark place. It is hard to determine what his surroundings are due to the noise. Mr. M speaks in a muffled, unclear voice. After he is done speaking, the camera switches to another POV with him staring at you, and then he starts speaking again.

I apologize that this was how we had to meet. I've been trying to reach you for some time now but I wasn't certain you would find your way to me. Yet you managed to decipher the hidden trail laid before you. Good work. For the purpose of our meeting, you may call me "Mister M" I am here because I no longer have the means of guiding Nevada from peril. It is doomed to the Madness that awaits us if the Machine succeeds. However I must go before I'm spotted. Being here puts us both in danger. Await the next clue. We will meet one another soon.
