A flamethrower is a device used to shoot a stream of fire, using either liquids or gases to sustain the flame. It appears in Madness Interactive, Where it sets enemies on fire, causing them to run around, flailing their arms, and set others on fire on contact.
Also appears in Madness Accelerant
It also makes an appearance in MADNESS: Project Nexus, being wielded by Jorge in the battle against him and Church in The Scenic Route.
