Flashbangs, also known as stun grenades or flash grenades, are used to temporarily neutralize the combat effectiveness of enemies by disorienting their senses.
The flashbang appeared in Madness Combat 7.5, used by an A.T.P. soldat to stun the protagonists. The soldat managed to blind Deimos, but Sanford, who covered his eyes, remained unaffected.
A flashbang was also used by Deimos in Incident: 100A to stun a group of paintball-masked l33t agents preparing for an ambush.
The flashbang made a cameo in the last scene of Incident: 101A, which is placed on a table and is never used.
