To day this episode is non-existant and there are no clues on what the plot of it could be or what could happen as the production of this episode hasn't started yet, despite that, Krinkels has recently confirmed on his CuriousCat page that this will be the episode to conclude the arc started two decades ago, but it won't be the last to be made, as he also said on the same reply that after that he will be "filling in the gaps", probably meaning that he will make more canon movies after it, such as Madness Combat 8.5 and so on.

On July 2, 2024 Krinkels confirmed on his CuriousCat page that Madness Combat 13 will be chronologically the last episode from the series.
On September 23, 2024 Krinkels said after the premiere of Madness Combat 12 that he will not be opening adobe in around two months, letting the viewers know that he's taking a break from it and that the episode production will start around November 23, 2024.
While streaming the animation process of An Experiment 2 on Twitch, Krinkels said that work on Madness Combat 13 has been temporarily put on hold. He said that development of the episode will resume after An Experiment 2 is released, which he roughly estimates will be released in summer 2025, or Madness Day of that year.[citation needed]
