The mountain facility is the main location of Madness Combat 7, 9 and from the first halves of 8 and 10.

In Madness Combat 7 Hank gets chased through the facility by Tricky's demon form while he fights agents. He eventually gets catapulted by Mag Agent: Torture to the lower levels of the facility, where he kills some more Agents and the Mag Agent. Shortly after that Jesus kills Hank and Tricky outside of the facility.

In Madness Combat 8 Jesus fights his way through the lowest levels of the facility, eventually reaching the bottom of the mountain. He then made his way to the Sheriff's Office to fight the Auditor. On one of the lower levels grunts are seen floating in liquid-filled glass tubes, presumably part of the Accelerated Training Program.

In Madness Combat 9 Sanford and Deimos drive on the road leading up the higher levels of the mountain. They retrieve Hank's corpse and fight their way through the facility and revive Hank in the Agent Magnification Chamber.

In Madness Combat 10 Sanford and Hank fight the Auditor who unearthed his fortress on top of the facility.

In the second half of POWERLESS.fla a mirrored-version of the open air area of the facility is shown from another angle. It appears in the Purgatory dimension, where Deimos confronts the enchanted A.T.P. Engineers again.
