The OA-93 is an AR-15 derivative carbine. It makes a canon debut in Madness Combat 10: Abrogation, where a giant version spawned by the Auditor was used to wound Hank by dismembering the tip of his mutated arm. It had a shorter magazine and a tactical light underneath the foregrip. In the same episode, an A.T.P. engineer used one against the duo, but was killed easily.

In Madness Combat 9.5, Antipathy Hank stole an OA-93 from an agent, before using it to dispatch an engineer and the aforementioned agent. Later on, he uses it to get rid of yet another engineer and agent before entering a building to use it to kill 2 agents, but then discards it during a fight with a Soldat.

In the non-canon Incident: 001A, it appeared in the hands of a l33t agent who was easily killed by Hank.

The OA-93 also appears in Madness: Project Nexus (Classic) as a usable weapon. In real life, it has been wildly debated as to what niche the firearm fulfills; Project Nexus pokes fun at this, describing it as a pistol mixed with a rifle. Even so, the game's coding classifies it as a submachine gun. In the game, the OA-93, out of all of the "SMGs", has the most damage per shot but the lowest rate of fire.
