A pike is a very long European infantry spear used for thrusting. It debuted in Madness Combat 9.5, though only appearing on the first part, used by an Agent and an Engineer, but no kills were achieved with it. Two pikes appeared in Madness Combat 12: Contravention, both wielded by Agents, but only one Agent managed to use it in combat, yielding no kills.
