The sun in the sky

In Madness Combat, the Sun is a smiling face responsible for the daylight. The sun is the first character in the Madness series to have a face instead of a cross, and is the first named character.

The Sun makes its first appearance in the Marsh-Mellow-Madness preloader, where it is seen in the sky.

Madness Combat 3: Avenger

In Madness Avenger, after the Improbability Drive was activated, the Sun appeared behind The Bakery!, lighting up the sky. It sprouted a body, pair of feet and arms, and jumped out of its position in the sky, challenging Hank with a baton. Hank, however, pummeled the sun into the ground with a streetsign, plunging all of Nevada into darkness.

The Sun makes a cameo in the short, in one of the red images that appear after Deimos touches the body outside The Bakery!.

• The Sun, Jesus, the Auditor, Tricky (in Tricky Madness 2), Demon, and enhanced l33t agents and A.T.P. engineers are the only characters to have visible eyes.
• The Sun, Mag Hank, Mag Agent: V3, Demon, Sanford (in ANAMNESIS.fla), and the Auditor are the only characters without the facial cross.
• The Sun, Tricky, Jesus, Sanford, Demon, Deimos (in SACRIFICE.fla, ANAMNESIS.fla, and POWERLESS.fla), Hank (in Antipathy and Consternation), and zombies (from Apotheosis onward) are the only characters to have a visible mouth.
• The Sun is the only character to appear in a canonical episode without any main characters.

MADNESS: Project NEXUS

As it turned out, there is still a sun in the game, but it looks completely different, more like a crack in the sky, without any facial features and rounded shape

Nevertheless, in the BETA-version going into the training room in the ring, we could meet the good old familiar sun, rounded shape and with a smile on his face, but it was just a cardboard hanging on the wall, next to the artificial cardboard Tree from Madness Combat 1.
