The IMI Tavor Assault Rifle 21st Century is an Israeli bullpup rifle chambered for the 5.56 cartridge. It debuts in Madness Combat 6: Antipathy, used twice by l33t agents. It makes its first chronological appearance in Madness Combat 5.5. In Madness Combat 7: Consternation, a TAR-21 is used by an agent to wound Hank in the shoulder. In SACRIFICE.fla, Deimos seizes the weapon from an A.T.P. engineer and kills 5 enemies with it.

It appears as a purchasable weapon in Madness: Project Nexus (Classic) but can only be seen when the player's character is beyond Level 15.
