The tree is the main location of Madness Combat 1, the whole episode takes place around it. At the beginning of Madness Combat 1, Hank and the boombox man are seen standing under tree, after Hank approached the boombox man and gets shoved away, a giant brawl erupted around the tree that saw the deaths of 29 Grunts, 2 Zombies and Jesus. After Hank killed all his attackers he started dancing under the tree.
The tree appears in the background at the beginning of Madness Combat 3 near the Sheriff's Office.
In Madness Combat 6 Jesus appears in the background raking some leaves which implies the existance of other trees in Nevada.
In the non-canon lofi-style video Road Trip.mp4 the air freshener in 2BDamned's car resembles the tree.
In Madness Combat 12: Contravention the air freshener reappears dangling in Deimos' car.
In the MADNESS: Project Nexus Beta a cardboard Tree alongside a cardboard Sun appears.
