The VSS Vintorez is a Russian semi-automatic sniper rifle with an integral suppressor, derived from the AS Val. It appears in DISSENTER, used by 2BDamned to kill an A.T.P. soldat.
The Vintorez makes a return in MADNESS: Project Nexus as a rare weapon in the rifle category. It is most notably one of 2BDamned's primary weapons when playing Co-Op for his Loadout "B" likely as a nod to it's appearance in DISSENTER. In Arena Mode, it can be bought from Q-Bert upon the completion of either Slaughter Time Or The Haunting of Nevada House.

- The rifle is back-to-front. The bolt is on the left side of the gun, not the right. The shell which is ejected also comes out of the left of the gun.
